I would expect better attitude towards someone who has spent over $400.

My fiancee took his jeep to this place for a new exhaust system to be done. After work was completed and he got home, he inspected it all and noticed the guy had put the o2 sensor on the catalytic convertor directly touching the transfer case. I, a very knowledgable female when it comes to cars, took our jeep back the very next day asking for them to fix it the way they did our buddies jeep, and he gets extremely disrespectful towards me, saying that he's going to call the cops for trespassing because he was upset that I knew what I wanted and how I wanted it done. He kept telling he will talk with my fiancee because he wasn't going to deal with me, mind you, my fiancee was currently at work. The owner was just extremely disrespectful. As a customer and a lady, I would expect better attitude towards someone who has spent over $400 on a service you made a mistake with. I don't appreciate being belittled by a man and being told if I know so much about it, I should do it myself. Trust me, if I wanted to, or even knew how to do an exhaust system, I would have done it myself, but I don't know much about installing them, so I'd rather a shop do the work for me. Honestly, I would give no stars if possible.
