Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. A big help with my 7 hotel franchises

I am the owner of 7 hotel franchises in San Diego and needed funding for remodeling (new TVs, furniture and signage, etc.) Five of the seven locations are doing excellent, but there was no way I was gonna get enough money to remodel all seven of them. I did a Google search and saw Balboa capital for hotel franchise financing options. What immediately caught my eye was they are the finance partner for my main hotel competition, which I will not name in my review. That was good enough for me. I applied for my loan and got my deal funded in 6 days. This is a really good company for hotel franchise financing. I can't thank them enough.
