I have had a credit card open with bank of america for 12.5 years. It has been on auto pay from my checking account since day 1, and has been paid on time and in full every month for 12.5 years. This past year they turned auto pay off without my knowledge or consent making the Jan 2024 payment late as well as Feb. 2024. I discovered it mid march and contacted them. It's made my credit score go from 803 points to 691 points. I have worked very hard to get my score up to 800+ points. They are refusing to contact the credit reporting companies and change their reporting to them. I have proof it has always been on auto pay as well as all my statements. I have spent 16 + hours on the phone with them and 3 hours in the local bank branch. The can't explain why the auto pay was turned off and said sometime the system will bump you off. They have my phone number, email address and physical home address and never contacted me about turning off auto pay or that the card was not paid and late in payment. Resolution Sought That bank of america repot to all credit reporting companies that I was not delinquent in payment as they stated.

This financial institution refuses to reverse ALL of the fraudulent charges that have accrued on my credit card. My identity has been stolen and I have a file 2 feet thick of proof to show it. Bank of America also chooses to not uphold our contract regarding FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY and is reporting all of the fraudulent charges to the 3credit bureaus. They have destroyed my credit and destroyed my life in conjunction with the other 5 credit cards I am reporting on your site as well. I've written letters to all Government agencies and have asked that they step in to help me through this nightmare and fine these banks for literally not abiding by the law. Resolution Sought I want ALL fraudulent charges reversed, I want them fined a hefty fine because if is happening to me, I'm sure it's happening to others, I would like my credit reports corrected from the time they started reporting derogatory information.
