Tried to change my address and phone number on my acct. Then tried to withdraw money on my acct. WAS TOLD TO GO OUTSIDE AND USE THE ATM !!!!! ASKED FOR MGR WAS TOLD SHE WAS IN TRAINING BUT SEEN HEARD HER LAUGHING ON HER CELL PHONE OTHER EMPLOYEES WENT IN AND WERE TELLING JOKES

They need to have more people that work there that has better patience and cooperate with their customers and help them out.

I had an issue with BBVA they're very condescending they do not help you out and I think they are a bank that isn't helpful to regular customers it's only so many you can count on one hand, the woman named Denise was very rude to me and then didn't help me out and I think that was bad customer service. I don't want anything from this business but to tell them they need to have more people that work there that has better patience and cooperate with their customers and help them out and listen to them not talk over them and don't end the conversation until you find a solution.
