Poor unprofessional and not legit

I placed a order feb 23rd 2024 and the order hasn't been shipped nor received. I emailed for the status and I got no response. I also contacted the BBB for a refund and I don't recommend anyone to support this fake business. Will not ordered from this site again.

Never received package. IGNORES COMMUNICATIONS

I never received my package after 4 weeks and on going I've emailed her on multiple different occasions asking for the status of it, never received communication back or any sense of urgency after I paid extra shipping it has never left its original location it's been 4 weeks. UPS has never received my items after the shipping label has been created. I've took it to instagram, deletes comments, ignored people and continues to post as normal. I wish there was something more that I could do to deter future buyers. Because she obviously will not stop. I'm very upset about my money, I'm very upset about my gifts that $20 scam is a get rich quick scheme and those who scam will win. I reported her page to Instagram to get the page removed
