    I was so frustrated...

    Went to Best Buy on 10/6/19 to buy a car stereo and a back up camera. And the car stereo guy showed me a stereo and went to show me a back up camera and then disappeared, so I ask for assistance in the back up camera department and the sales associate came and ask if he could help me . I was so frustrated that I had to start all over. I was just about to spend 7 to 8 hundreds dollars there I just left and went somewhere else .

    Please have all employees know whatever system you are using so my time is not wasted.

    I bought a new computer. I placed it in with the Geek squad at Best Buy in Greeley CO. I was called and they said I could pickup the computer any time. I asked if I needed an appointment. I was told no, just come and pick it up. Monday I went to pick up the computer. I wad told by the male employee behind the counter I needed an appointment. I explained what I was told over the phone. He repeated and repeated I am all alone, you need an appointment. Therefore I made one. I had no other choice as the employee was not very nice, nor kind about the situation. I would like all the employees to be on the same page. Do I need an appointment for picking up a new computer or not?! It was a waste of my time. Please have all employees know whatever system you are using so my time is not wasted.

    the price displayed was 19.99. So I grabbed it real quick and made my way to the cashier. She rang it up and it was priced at 39.99

    I visited Best Buy on Friday July, 5th 2018. I was searching for a HDMI to RCA PLUG, I had found something similar it was a converter box and the price displayed was 19.99. So I grabbed it real quick and made my way to the cashier. She rang it up and it was priced at 39.99. After telling the cashier the price posted she called her boss and he went to the location where we found the item, he told us that the item in question wasn't even out on the floor yet but somehow it was very similar to the product I needed. And all the manager of the store named Louis kept saying is that it should not have been out on the floor..

    Did not have what they said they had, took me 3 stores to get item I was looking for.

    Contacted Best Buy about Garmin 770 deal. They stated they had one, I get there only thing they got is display model. Took me 3 other stores to get one. But the garner location said they could order it. Went to buy 1 not order. Bunch of unprofessionals, will not shop in garner NC location ever again. Then went on Saturday to get carrying case didn't have those either. Best Buy are you retail or trying to be a online business store will not do business again. Get the stuff into store.

    I bought an IPad from Best Buy that I never received but I had to continue paying for. It has been almost a month. Best Buy customer service is not helping. They are laying to me every time I call them. Telling me they will refund, but they don't do it. Before I contact a lawyer, I am seeking the help of the Better Business Bureau. Watch out for this kind of business that take your money and run.
