I bought a new computer. I placed it in with the Geek squad at Best Buy in Greeley CO. I was called and they said I could pickup the computer any time. I asked if I needed an appointment. I was told no, just come and pick it up. Monday I went to pick up the computer. I wad told by the male employee behind the counter I needed an appointment. I explained what I was told over the phone. He repeated and repeated I am all alone, you need an appointment. Therefore I made one. I had no other choice as the employee was not very nice, nor kind about the situation. I would like all the employees to be on the same page. Do I need an appointment for picking up a new computer or not?! It was a waste of my time. Please have all employees know whatever system you are using so my time is not wasted.
