I got Best Buy credit card a little over a month ago, and to this point I have not been able to access my account to pay anything down. The customer service representative I have spoken too have done nothing to help me, and when I called the last time the refused to give me the information I needed when I had already verified my phone number, social security number, and my card/account information with them. I just got my first bill, and even after we had discussed the problems and issue that have arisen due to their failure to give me the necessary information, and it was implied there would be no late fees since I had already made an effort to pay more than once. I made a payment, and apparently it didn't meet the minimum or something because the first and only bill I have received now shows that I have a 29 dollar late fee. When I called the customer service rep to ask about waiving it and seeing how much more I needed to pay, the representative started getting real aggressive towards me, and ended up yelling, cussing, and hanging up on me. I told him I was going to report it and he openly stated to go ahead and that he doesn't care.

Best Buy at Eastchase in Montgomery, Al is horrible.

The customer service at Best Buy at Eastchase in Montgomery, Al is horrible. There is one lady named Nivea, and her attitude s***ks for her to be working customer service. The store manager is not a leader. They need to restaff, starting with the store manager and go down. Work on their customer service skill
