Best Choice Water Heaters and Plumbing

Customer service, absolutely incompetent

In January 2013, Best Choice installed a new takagi tankless and 3 weeks ago it started shutting off, when I called and spoke with Mike he first kept me on hold for 20 minutes.and then said he be at my home by 8 PM, at 10pm there was no phone call, no plumber. I called and left many messages no response. At 11 pm Cole cld and asked if we were up, that he would come by "REALLY"! The following day called again and he said it wasn't the tankless it was the shower valve, we replaced it and sure enough it is shutting off again. This morning I called and spoke with Steve and he said he could have someone here between 2-5pm, at 6 pm I called spoke to Shala she said she would call Steve and call me back. I ended up calling back 1hour 40 minutes later and of course no answer. At 9 pm I thought I would try and call to see if anyone would answer and to my surprise Steve answered, I asked what happened he said that here plumbers have been busy. I asked out of common courtesy why they don't call the clients and at least inform, he told me he could do me a favor and one tomorrow "ARE YOU KIDDING, IM OIMG TO WASTE ANOTHER DAY WAITING ON TJIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY". I asked who the owner was he said it was a corporation, I plan to follow up with them. The Porter Ranch Branch should not be in business.
