Move from Hell!
Our move from hell kicked off with Carlos telling us that we would have to pay more. I don't know if he thought we'd just be good little idiots and pay him some cash but we refused as we had a binding estimate. It went down hill from there. They broke things almost as if on purpose. But the highlight was the purposeful offloading of my personal computer at the warehouse which the driver, Miguel, did not see fit to inform us until I began looking for the computer. Also, my husband's locked file cabinet, which had been wrapped, arrived UN wrapped and UN locked. I have now had to pay to have our credit frozen. Also, thanks to them, I had to miss an important dental visit as I could not leave my hubby to deal with them alone. I am very angry and feel very betrayed by what was supposed to be a good company. Please DO NOT USE!!!
