Mixed message, but giving credit where credit is due - Good overall experience, Product questionable but very responsive.

I have a mixed message. The initial experience was positive with Bezali. Good selection, very fair pricing and fast delivery. I became concerned right away though when I received the Tag watch and it looked a bit different than TAG images. Material was not quality on band. Contacted TAG, told Bezali is not "authroized" which is OK as they do buy from various methods.. but they have an Authenticity guarantee. I was told very confidentily it was authentic. Fast Forward 9 months. Posted an image of the watch with a band. TAG user group all threw up flags of authenticity. Again told by Bezali they only sell authentic.. Sent to TAG to verity. came back Counterfeit. I contacted Bezali - they did agree to a full refund even ahead of receiving the watch back - which was a delight. No artguement on that. It may have been because I had an official response from the MFG - Not sure, but I was happy with their service. They called directly and apologized and said they would look into it ASAP. Now I would assume even someone selling known counterfeit would say that so not sure what to believe, but I did get my refund and am whole again - thankful for that. If you spend a lot of $ on a watch, I'd just recommend verifying it with the MFG or run the SN through the Trusted site. Mine showed up as "no information" on that site, which was the final straw to send in. MFG take and verify for free - so worth the effort if you pay a discounted rate.
