At 6:49 am Hispanic driver said he didn't feel like putting down ramp had no gloves had some where to go no one on bus short hair cut younger about 30-40 date 6-12-22 1453# I was discriminate ed against my diablity and color of my skin targeted for prior report s against employees who conduct is similar and retaliatory in nature. Resolution Sought Pay decrease verbally reprimanded log 5 yrs in file for discrimination towards those with disability impatient and recommend up to discharge clearly the words "don't feel like it " meets company policy or customer relation to paying customers and those who happened to have adiablilty yet making every effort to get to where their going inspite of how they feel and deserve to be on time and board without discrimination towards them whatever the reason may be that goes against the ada civil rights

I was on Santa Monica Bus line 3, at approximately 10:35pm, and on June 24, 2021, when Driver Number 22817 jabbed hard on the breaks near Century Blvd and International Road going West. The driver was believed to be going a few miles over the speed limit when suddenly another car cut in front of the Bus. Once the car cut in front of the Bus, the driver made a hard jab on the breaks, and the hard jab caused for me and my rolling cart to shift toward my right, causing for my right cart big wheel to be completely broken off the entire cart. The Buses momentum caused by the hard jab on the breaks moved me and the rolling cart toward the direction of the front of the bus, and the wheel just popped completely off the cart due to the drivers hard jab on the breaks. My cart sustained a broken wheel that was not able to be repaired due to the Driver's sudden punch jab on the breaks causing the bus to make an instant stop. That instant stop tore the entire cart wheel. Resolution Sought I would like for Santa Monica's Blue Bus to reimburse $200.00 for the damage of having my wheel come completely off to where the cart was unable to be pushed. This could have been avoided had the driver used careful tactics when operating the Bus. The emergency jab did save a potential vehicle collision, but the cart obtained damage that was not repairable due to the instant stop. I do have pictures of the damage and so does the driver. The driver was also provided my contact information.
