I ordered a pedal in Nov. 2013 with the expectation of getting my pedal in 4-6 weeks as the company says. Boy was I wrong. It is the middle of March 2014. At first they would respond to my emails saying that the parts weren't in and that the pedal would be sent out asap. I was even given a "confirmed" shipping date. I have emailed them multiple times since the "confirmed shipping date" and not heard anything. That date was the middle of January. I think they have great gear but it is not worth this frustration... hopefully I get the pedal someday. However, as of right now I think over $100 just went down the drain.

David Beam, the owner of this company, is a complete scammer. He sells products, never ships them out, then suddenly goes MIA and doesn't respond to any emails. Yes, he is a young guy that is starting out, but he shouldn't take on so much if he cannot complete orders. A shipment made in April still hasn't been fulfilled by now (September) and he will not answer any emails, tweets, of complaints via facebook although he posted a status saying that all orders were shipped and up to date. I urge you to do your homework before buying from him. I have found complaint after complaint of bad business with him and people who have paid for their order and never received it. Further, I have read of him telling repeatedly that an order has shipped, only to find out that it never was. Do your homework! Don't get screwed over like we did! TERRIBLE business!!!
