Blizzard and Activision want to use only automated systems to solve customer issues granted this solves most issues but when your the victim of account theft and you can no longer access your old phone number or email do to theft and having to change your phone number and email they won't answer the phone or email to allow you the customer and victim of theft to explain why you need their help in recovering your accounts. These companies have gone to great lengths to ensure they don't have to man phones or help customers directly and this is what has allowed thieves and hackers to steal digital accounts and I'm getting very irritated and angry. My name is Dustin and I'm the victim of my phone being hacked and my phone number and email stolen and Microsoft also refuses to help. Without access to the email tied to my account or the phone number I can't recover my account even though I know the email address and password. Microsoft also has refused to help and so has Google these companies have made it so easy for these hackers to steal customer information when the companies fail and refuse to A answer phones and purposely send you in circles and rely on Automated systems only. These companies are creating the identity theft rings and supporting fraud by refusing to help the customers personally. Resolution Sought Help me get my emails back and update my phone numbers and recover my digital accounts and property because they have the ability to do so and start manning the phones. Digital customer property should be protected under the same governed rules that protect movie corporations digital copy protections the fbi gets involved they need to start protecting customers digital property they have purchased.
