Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Only after you've signed the contract do you get the full details on pricing, purchase requirements, etc.

Boutique Boudoir was having an "Angel Model Call" for $199.00 which included full hair, makeup, photography session and no additional cost. But, once you sign their "modeling contract" they send you information and pricing guides, but only after you've signed the contract do you get the full details on pricing, purchase requirements, minimum order amount and minimum monthly payment options. If you don't like the payment options available and are unable to afford it, they keep your "session fee" of $199.00 since you signed their contract no matter how soon you request to cancel. Provide ALL necessary pricing options, payment plans, purchase requirements and paperwork prior to making a client sign a contract.
