This company took my money, then cancelled my tickets. Promised a refund in 5-10 business days. Never received refund.

I ordered two concert tickets from this company. 3 days before the event they offered "alternative" tickets which I rejected. They then told me the tickets I had ordered more than a month earlier were no longer available and said they would be processing my refund. I never received any tickets and, a month later, have not received my refund. All inquiries via the company's website have gone unanswered. The phone line on the website seems to be disconnected. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and the Florida Attorney General. This is a complete scam.
