We were solicited by Branson Nantucket to attend a 90 minute presentation which turned into hours, where we were told several things that were not legit. First of all, the sales rep painted a pretty picture of buying into a part of Branson's villas and we would be part owner of a special section where we could vacation with "points" on even years or buy extra points. We also paid $4500 to belong to an "affiliate" company where we could book all over the world if we did not want to stay at our home resort Nantucket. We could NEVER book when we could go on vacation as they stated those times and dates were not available, yet there were available bookings on Booking.com. Nantucket dropped RCI as an affiliate and we can no longer travel to other destinations other than Nantucket. They also told us that if we ever wanted to sell that Nantucket had first right to buy the property back. They refused this and told us "no buybacks". They do not answer the phone or return calls, emails, or letters sent to them. We do not even know how to use our property or cannot book. These people lied, mislead, and told us things that are untrue. We are paying fees for something we can't even use. We expressed that we wanted to exercise the Deed-in-lieu via phone, email, and they are not responding after weeks. Resolution Sought We would like to exercise the Deed-in-Lieu and get out of this contract of falsification. We have only used it twice in 7 years and no longer wish to succumb to their deceitful business practices.

Per contract my financial obligations for a Branson Nantucket timeshare is the actual mortgage payment and every 3 years maintenance fee of $399.00. My timeshare is paid in full and my maintenance fee was charged on my credit card for $479 in 2020 which would make them due again in 2023. But Nantucket sent me an invoice statement, number 515515006318 for "Special" charges on 9/17/2021 for $475. The payment is due by 10/17/2021 or they ruin my credit. I love my timeshare and I love Branson but this is extortion. I shouldn't have to fight them every year on bogus charges. I honored my end of the deal and I want them to honor their end. If they can't do that, then they can buy me out. Resolution Sought Void $475 charge on statement number 515515006318 Credit my account on $80 overcharge on maintenance fee, if Branson Nantucket is unwilling, then they can buy me out.
