I would like speak to someone who can can offer some kind of exit like a settlement or something INSTEAD of just threatening me with legal action and collections. Resolution Sought Cancelation Termination. Get rid of the timeshare. We don't want it. I need to get rid of it.

I was notified that my ownership in Branson Nantucket RCI program has changed from RCI membership to Lifetime Destinations. I have called numerous times to find out where I pay my maintenance fees and have gotten no response from them. Resolution Sought Purchase back my timeshare ownership. My life has changed and I no longer want to own this timeshare. They have not kept me informed on how to pay my maintenance fees, so I wish to discontinue business with them.

Updated 9/6/22: Our company has been in contact with Ms. Pearcy on 11/06/2021 and updated her address per her request. Additionally, Ms. Pearcy sent an email to our Owner Care Department on 02/06/2022 about her POA's. Ms. Pearcy received a letter via USPS with the information she requested. If Ms. Pearcy would like additional information about our company's stance with RCI, she will need to contact our office directly.
