Order of (2) Carpathian English Walnut Trees for my son's birthday March 18/2020. Got the plants and planted them right away. They came with no dirt on roots. Son tried to grow them and they died. he called them. they would not respond to his requests to replace them. I finally got the information and contacted them. They finally sent 2 more walnut trees; again no roots, very dry. planted them immediately and took them to my son once again. They died. I contacted them again . I heard nothing but in their reply they said it will take six to eight weeks for a reply. This was in June 2021. All I want ow is the money I paid for those trees. My order # 1253831 Item #6519. I gave them my phone # and my address. Can you help me. My son can grow almost anything. Coffee beans, bananas, oranges, lemons, limes, apples, blueberries you name it he will grow it. They have certainly given me the run -a-round. Than you very much. Resolution Sought I would like them to either send me two healthy plants or refund my $24.99 plus tax.

Because I did not see the first order I placed, I had thought made a mistake and ordered again!!! First order never on my account so I could see it, funny how second order was!!!! Money taken out of C. C. for first and second order, weeks later! Many, many, many busy signals when tried to reach. Feel should be reimbursed for second order because of nothing indicating on my account I had ordered. Finally got through to customer service and she could see order, but I could not and to this day it is not on order history!! Their issue, and I received a order that I would not have had to make if only I had seen that I indeed had ordered originally. Should not consumer be able to see their account history as other accounts online do!!! Thank you ever so kindly. This has been one frustrating planting season and got more plants than I had oringinally wanted because of this account history snafu!!!!! Resolution Sought Would like to be reimbursed the 126.00 that would not have had to spend on a second order if indeed had seen first order!!
