Do NOT Buy! Horrible Experience
We purchased 6 kits of caterpillars for the Pre-school that I work at in March with a delivery for May 1-5. We had not received them by May 11 so we searched all over for a contact for them but no number was anywhere! I did finally get in touch with someone via FB to find out the status to see if they had already shipped. They said they would check into the order and within 10 minutes I received a tracking number. However, I was not given an option to tell them that we no longer wanted the order since it was 2 weeks late and the children would be out of school and not be able to enjoy the learning experience. When they arrived, almost half of the caterpillars were dead. When we told them we wanted a refund and would like to speak to them over the phone and return the product, they replied that they did not guarantee the delivery and when dealing with live cultures, delays can happen. Funny because we never received any contact from them regarding status, late shipping or shipping at all until I wrote to them.
I would ORDER FROM SOMEONE ELSE!!! We will never order from them again. Save your time and money.
