He needs to get a handle On his employees. apologize for the way he Spoke to me.
I went to California rolling Two, myself, and my partner for dinner. We wanted some sushi. When we walked into the establishment, I noticed a lot of workers just basically standing around. So we sat at a table. The waitress came over a young girl. Her nails were extremely long that was a turn off. We ordered our food the presentation was terrible we ordered some eel Sumai and miso soup and a bottle of wine just deplorable like I said the presentation was bad. It was really loud in the building two young guys came in from outside they were not in uniform one of the guys went behind the counter and started kissing on one of the employees and then he proceeded to walk back into the kitchen. Some of the workers were eating food behind the counter as well unprofessional. I spent $81.00. I canceled one of my meal orders but they made it anyway and charge me for It. I called the next day to talk to the Manager to explain to him about the unpleasant experience. His name was Tom he was the owner as I begin to tell Tom what I had experience his exact words to me were yeah I know the service was crappy two of my chefs called in. I've gotten a lot of complaints l'm tired of people complaining it's hard out here it's Covid everybody's suffering. Then he just started swearing saying you don't f****** got a come back here anymore go find you another f****** sushi bar to eat at I don't give a damn I am the owner f*** off you can post it all over Facebook tell the world I don't care.
