I thought I bought a truck with a co signer and put a thousand dollars down but when I received the paperwork I wasn't on it and the co signer was the buyer. I tried to take it back immediately but they wouldn't take it. So the buyer worked out another deal with them and took the truck from me. So I don't have a vehicle or my thousand dollars. And no one told me he was the buyer. They congratulated me. They shook my hand and took my money knowing it wasn't even my truck. They scammed me. I gave them a chance to do the right thing and give me back the money and get it from the one who They actually sold it to but they won't. Resolution Sought I would just like the thousand dollars I put down on a truck o thought I was buying back. So I can use it to actually buy a car like I intended to that day.

These are the worst people I have ever done business I located them online did a pre qualification they called me and said I was approved when Asked some more questions I went in to purchase a vehicle on my own they immediately ask if I had a co signer I told them a possibility but I'd like to try on my own they came back within minutes said I'm going to need a co signer my mother agreed for me, but they went and did the loan solely in her name, she didn't agree to that she agreed to co sign, they did this all on there own while I waited in a office for some time while the whole time, i thought they were working out a deal with both of us on the contract. Then after having the car for way over a month they ask to return the vehicle because it was not finance this definitely 1-2 months after already having the vehicle, when i looked up California law I came across the 10 day period and we had been way past that, so I asked him what they plan to do for financing he insisted I just bring it back, I told him I wouldn't and they needed to figure out my payment or financing they have now repossessed the vehicle a long with keeping my down payment there a completely scam and robbery they need to be shut down they scam and take advantage of people who are less fortunate or weak is sad and inhumane. Resolution Sought Refund of total down payment and reimbursement on missed work and rental car fees.
