One star because zero stars isn't an option

Company won't even respond to my complaint. Customer service as well as investigators cannot communicate well due to language barrier, and are uneducated, as well as inept for the positions they hold. Was charged twice for one product by Amazon, and they are too stupid to look at my receipt and bank statement to see this. They allowed this to happen. Only other explanation would be they get a kickback from Amazon to do this intentionally.

Bad customer services

This bank isn't here to protect your money. If someone use your account without authorization and stole money from you they will not look into the transaction to ensure you get your money back. When you call them to place a dispute without look into how that happen close your account and replace your card so that's doesn't happen they denied to close your account and denied to refund your money.. very dry employee who doesn't care about your situation .they speak over you, they ask you to send prove and when you proved them wrong they still denied the dispute.
