We had a fraudulent charge on my account. We had to destroy our original card and given new cards. It took multiple calls from Nov to Jan to get this refund. My credit card company did not work with me and basically said that I did purchase the product. I had to make many calls to prove that I did not purchase the product, this should have been done by them. They say I will be credited in 2 to 3 days. They need to be watched on how they run their business. No customer should have to work this hard to get a refund and your credit card company should be helping their customers.
