I received a VISA gift card from a friend on Sept 23 of 2023. I kept the card, but when I tried to use it in Dec, it did not work. I called the 888 number on the back of the card and they said it was inactivated because I didn't use it immediately. No where on the card (expires 4/32) did it say I had to use it quickly. I tried to retrieve it online, but that didn't work. On Jan 10, 2024 I sent them the information they required via USPS Certified mail. They received it on Jan 16. Included was a letter explaining the problem, a copy of my driver's license front and back as well as the copy of the card, front and back. After speaking with people on the phone number on the card, I was told that I would receive a new card if I sent in all that information. The people I spoke with were very hard to understand and each call I made, different answers were given to me. I consider this company fraudulent. There is no reason they did not either send a new card or activate my original one. They were able to tell me where I tried to use the card initially and for how much. They had all the info on the card, but could not help in activating it. I tried then to fax the info they wanted and the number they gave me did not work. Guess this is the way they make money. Totally been scammed. Resolution Sought Send me a new card for $50.00.

I've called them 9 times, faxed copies, certified mail copies (1 888 8539539 and they do NOT answer or respond. This was a gift, but a very negative situation for me. Resolution Sought Give me a refund for the money I spent for the gift cards.
