False info. reported to my car fax history

Put false info on my vehicle history report saying there was damage reported to the front of my vehicle.i have owned this vehicle since brand new and it has never had any damage what so ever. I've contacted the only shop I've ever had it to and they said it wasn't them and they there records show my vehicle was never there the month of the report accident. I also contacted my insurance company and they as well said either them nor any other insurance company has reported damage to my vehicle. And now carfax won't do anything to help. They could careless that they are hurting the value of my vehicle.
