Scam artists

They take advantage of you any way they can , tell you what you wanna hear, add thousands of dollars worth of warranties for their own commission. It took me almost 4 months to get a refund for one of my canceled warranties after calling every week . They ignore you hoping you will go away !

Terrible dealership - do not honor their internet specials and swindle people

Carlock advertised a 2016 Toyota Camry on their website for $26,100 and 0 financing. When I went to look at the car, it had a sticker price of $28,484 and I told salesman I did not think this was the right car because the sticker price was higher than the one I was looking at and also had internet special of $26,100. David (salesman) said we would go look it up, so we did and he said it was the right car. Once negotiations started, the initial proposed deal had the internet price, but I refused because they were listing my current Camry at an extremely low trade-in value. David took this back to another guy calculating prices and brought back another sheet where they offered $2,800 for my Camry. At this point, my focus had been shifted to the trade-in cost and I again told him no, that I would take no less than $4000 as a trade-in value. He then came back with the guy doing the pricing and he ask what it would take for me to make the deal. I said $4000 trade-in and he said okay and said deal. At this time I had not noted they had upped the sale price to $28,932. They had also told me I could get 0 financing, which I did not and had financed me at 5.9 and done a $1500 cashback instead. Additionally, they had added on features at dealership that I was not made aware of into the cost.
