Absolute scam! Through Cold calling sent multiple packs of stationery at unbelievably scandalous prices over a couple of months and wouldn't accept back Resolution Sought All goods to be collected and returned for a full refund!!!

Central Business Systems, Inc. company’s policy is as follows: orders are placed, verified, shipped, received and billed accordingly. There are no orders processed without verification from the purchasing agent. All terms and pricing are negotiated before the order is placed and then is verified with the purchasing agent before the order is shipped and invoiced. We have contacted the customer and issued a partial return.

A company investigation is taking place and the employee you dealt with has had her employment terminated, due to the scam you inflicted upon her!!. If she was advised in writing on cost and volume of the orders you delivered, and she accepted these, please provide me with full written proof, as was apparently all done by cold calling on the telephone. The partial return is minuscule and not sufficient, and would request a refund and return of at least half of the remaining stock, as is in no way of any use whatsoever to this company and would never need to bulk buy in this volume!!.

Got 2 shipments of pens we did not order. Invoice 50676 & 50677, totaling $2376.60. Would like to return and will not be paying for these. Resolution Sought Issue credit on the invoices and let us know how to ship back and the company will pay shipping fees.
