My second time treated rudely in that salon first on Dec 1 and again Dec 23. Not even I'm sorry no interest on helping me at all. All I needed was a quick hair cut and shave in the back of my neck total 15 to 20 min. I called and left 2 messages at 0700 am on The 23rd. I live at the super 8 motel work at the base 84 hrs a week and nights my time is limited. I even scheduled an appt on Facebook with someone named Judy. It was for 3. One person said they saw it, Judy was not even there and didn't come in either. Chase some guy said to come at 230 I arrived at 235 he said he had no time now forjust 5 min. He took a walk in. He never even called me to see if I got the message which I did at 1415 and trying to shower so I can go. No one was willing to help me at all. No customer service no fair treatment to a customer that left 2 phone messages and booked an appointment online as well. Thank you for taking care of this problem and the people in this salon have no interest to take care of people at all. Just no spirit. Thanks Mary Cook-Dennis
