Charges NOT disclosed!!
There was a surcharge of $3.00 for covid19. That was not disclosed at. Time of the appointment and at the time of arrival. It was forced at time of paying the bill. They have it posted by the register but not able to see it until we pay. It was not an option. I should of been informed at the time the appointment was scheduled. I want the business to give the client the opportunity to pay the surcharge or not by being informed of it in advance.
