They forgot to fix my jewelry as promised.

I went to the buyers flea market 8/4/18 to have some sterling silver jewelry repaired. Remind you, I took the my items there and I was told that I can pick them up on 8-5-18. When I went to pick up my items, they were not fixed and when I asked why the person that was going to repair my jewelry told me that he forgot to fix my jewelry. I find that to be very unprofessional and with no remorse or without conscience that was very unprofessional. I believe before ppl open up businesses they should be trained so they would no how to deal with the public.
