Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I filed a claim in October of 2021 regarding my car that was damaged by Walmart automotive during a routine oil change. Brandon Meredith was assigned to me as a claims representative. Claim #9919280. I also have a case #220113-006385. I've done everything on my end yet he hasn't responded to my calls or emails. This is unprofessional and the very worst experience of my life. This has been a very long drawn out process. Which could have been resolved in a timely manner if only Mr. Meredith would have responded after receiving the estimates he asked me to have faxed to him. Which I did. I also emailed them to him. I have repeatedly left voicemails with him and many others in the claim department. I have sent out multiple emails as well. I can not get anyone to respond or help me with this claim. Resolution Sought I want my car repaired from the damage done by Walmart. I also would like for someone to help resolve this matter as soon as possible. I would like to be assigned to another claims representative due to the fact that Brandon Meredith has been absolutely no help at all in this matter. You can reach me at any time at #865-469-3725.

Claim L1676612 DOL 09.14.2021 faulty oil change caused engine damage to my 2008 Mercedes GL450, cannot use, it has been parked since. Called claims and held 1.5 hours decided to make complaint Resolution Sought Pay for damages to my car

Company states: We have been attempting to gather information from the shop to determine if the damages are related to the service provided at the store. The phone number below is different than the number we had on the claim. The customer will be contacted to discuss their claim with them.
