Not what it appears to be

I contacted Ted after seeing an advertisement for a portable power solution. It advertised an unheard of re-charge time that could make the product viable. I visited his facility in Temecula, CA and had long conversations about the product. He would not supply a unit for demonstration unless we purchased it. We did and had it shipped in for evaluation. The product did not work as he had advertised. He agreed to take it back and refund our money. Over a month later and he will not return calls or emails or our check. Ted, if you're reading this you need to contact me.
