This company has been price gouging it's customers for years.

This company has been price gouging it's customers for years. Continually increasing rates without improving services. Meanwhile, they continue to hand out enormous raises and bonuses to their CEO and Board of Directors. Many people in the area have no beer option for an electric provider, make this a quasi monopoly. I would like DTE Energy to be held accountable for the lack of providing essential services. They should be held responsible in some sort of way for lost income for those who work from home and for any damages that may have occurred during an extended outage (perishables, pets died from heat stroke ect.)

New meters still runs charges even if power has off. Gas heater won't work with our power for thermastat blower n ignitor ngas on seperated meter shouldnotrun charge on elect meter.dont lie over charge repeat charge use people with low income or get assistance to send 3 to 4 shut offs with different amounts. Find buy compassion for family's kids n ppl low income or in situations. Don't keep not working with consumers or not helping people move refuse electric over B's n lies. Compensate disabled ppl if gonna distress lie to put in pain or anquish . Don't hold monopoly unconstitutional unamerican. Seems suspicious to me.

New meters keep running if power shut off outage , no deals promotions understanding compassion they do not work with u don't listen n cause distress n grief. Want diff power company .
