Defective product

Thank you for responding back to us about the Softsoap Liquid Hand Soap refill you purchased. We're pleased to have this opportunity to assist you further.
Due to the freezing temperatures, the appearance and consistency is subject to change if it is stored that way for a long period of time. We recommend our products be stored at room temperature at all times. Apparently they must have stored quite a bit of our products in freezing temperatures if the bottles on the shelves are cloudy as well. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. When the consistency changes, it may become difficult to get the product out of our Softsoap Liquid Hand Soap containers that are made specifically for our products.

Resolution Sought by the Customer: Remove the defective products off store shelves as people will be upset when they discover the liquid will not pump out of the dispenser. Perhaps even a recall. After all, it is a refill bottle designed for use in a dispenser.
