Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Get the word out...

I hired Susan Coleman for $40 to get my barn cat fixed and she was to return him to me. She not only did NOT return him she gave him away. I have all the texts for proof from day one. I filed police report and hired a lawyer. I am just trying to make sure word gets out so she can be stopped. My vets office Pet Medical Center has had several complaints of same issue with Susan Coleman.
