Recliner

We bought appliances they were ok. Bought a recliner. It was not comfortable. We wanted to change it...first we were told we could. Picked out another one and they all we get is the run around..the customer service sucks...we were never told when we bought it that it could not be exchanged...worst place I have ever shopped...

This company is the worst I have ever dealt with.

When I first applied for credit at this store I was given credit; paid always on time and more than the minimum due. Purchased several items never late. All was good for the first couple of years then I heard that the original company sold to another. I still remained paying for my items still was never late. Then one day I got a notice stating that my credit amount dropped down to 590. Tried calling and got the run around no reason for the drop. I paid all remaining money owed. My trans union score dropped about 50 points. I received a email recently that now they closed my account which had a 0 balance. This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. I believe that this is no way to treat customers who purchased several items from. I will never return there and I will continue to fight for people who do pay for their bills as well as those who are trying to build themselves. I want the company to apologies for the way they treat their customers and change the way they do business because I wonder how many customers they have done this to. They also cause my credit utilization to drop. This company is bad news.
