Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Do Not send them money untill they do their Job.

First they send me a Modification clamming they can get my interest rate to 3 Sam Cheing was in charge of my Case. To make a long story short after I received this letter, Sam tells me I need to send $ 4200.00 he stated it was to show my Bank that I'm serous about getting the interest rate reduced. Nothing happened to get the interest rate to 3 oh after a Year Sam hooked me up with keeping your home California think that's good? think again.This was a reinstatement to get back on track but still no 3 but now my loan ARM that was going to be fixed reset to 5.5 Now I'm back to square one thanks Sam I should have listened to everyone telling me sending money before they do their job is a bad idea! Ok enough I do have more to say but I will keep that until later.

Effective October, 2009 in California, it is illegal to collect any fees, regardless of the form, for negotiating or attempting to negotiate a loan modification for a residential mortgage. All modification services must be fully completed before any money can be collected. It is also illegal to divide fees or services into components for the purpose of avoiding this law.

HUD approved housing counseling agencies are exempt from this law. For businesses outside of California, please check with the agency that regulates this industry.
