Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Fraud; liar; repeat offender; should have checked her out

This person came highly recommended by a mortgage broker so I failed to check her out. She took my money in 3 payments and played a few bait & switch tactics until the third payment was made and then stopped returning calls or emails. She is a complete fraud and even tries to get you to think that multiple people are calling by trying to disguise her very distinctive nicotine drenched voice. Do not do business with her!
