Was a customer of Crystal Water over 10 yrs. I am amending my rating and giving 3 stars. If they had refunded my bottle deposit in a timely manner I would have given 5 stars. Their drivers are great and dependable, office staff not so much. Was happy they did send refund out the day they said,(Monday), and had the refund by that Friday. It did take take them 7 months and BCA intervention to get it.
