Quit holding packages for several days before you decide to deliver to post offices!!!

This company holds packages due to be delivered to customers for up to a week before they attempt to deliver. They will not give receiving customers any info about packages.

Ordered an advent calendar. Took 7 weeks to get here. Company refused to respond to any emails in regards to where pkg was.

Package arrived but was not the calendar I ordered. Also calendar was torn and completely empty. Company refused total refund of $50 but paypal kindly returned all money. Experience was horrible.
