Dance Urge Dance Academy reviews

This is a warning to parents.

My experience with Dance Urge was horrible. The instructor Michael Carballosa is a disrespectful and ornery teacher, who bullies his students. Michael threatened to remove students from competitions and when asked for an explanation, offers no reason why. One instance a student was forced from the room and he proceed slam the doors in the kid's face. On many occasions he has attempted to pit the children against one another and created a negative environment for the kids to learn. Today July 4th 2019 at national competition, he only completely abandoned one of his students and walked out of competition. Leaving the rest of his team behind making them all cry and feel he has no best intention for any child. His location is unsafe (no fire exits, no sprinkler system, lack or safety equipment) for our kids. Much of the team has decided to not continue with this dance studio due to lack of support for our children and improper facilities.
