Do not give your money to these people!
I signed up with them for 3 yrs in 2012, paid up front. I just got a letter in the mail stating they were out of business and cancelling all their contracts. They sent our info to another company and when I called, I was told that I would not be getting my last years worth credit back because DCI claims I used up my entire $1300 premium cost on claims that I made. In two years I made 3 claims totalling $800, two of which was denied. I had to pay for the other two up front and get reimburse from DCI. And now, these people are screwing customers out millions of dollars and are getting away with it because there is no one governing what they do. Its legalized stealing/robbing. The company they sent my info to, offered me a new deal for a discounted fee. I said HELL NO!!! I will never use another home warranty company again!! EVER!

This company rarely ever pays claims; run from them!! They are a joke.
I enterd into a 3 year contract with DCI Home Warranty Services, LLC, in July 2011 for $1,155. The FRONT company is called America's First Choice Home Warranty Program. What a joke, they are anything but America's firt choice in anything. I just canceled my contract with this company because their service is lousy, and they rarely ever pay a claim. I needed warranty protection on four occasions, and they only ever paid one claim for $48.00. One claim was for a garage door opener problem, DENIED. One was for a refrigerator problem, DENIED. A final one for a dead hot water heater that was 20 years old. DENIED. When I entered into the contract, they specifically said it didn't matter how old my hot water heater was. It would be covered. Well, hot water heaters don't last forever. It died, and I asked for service on it and they denied it. I am so disappointed because I feel betrayed and defrauded. It seems no matter the circumstances, DCI Warranty Services finds a way NOT to pay a claim. The stipulations are so cleverly written in their contracts and so finely and narrowly defined, it is almost impossible to get a claim paid. Their phone systems are always difficult to navigate, and the wait time to speak to claims personnel unbearable. For all these reasons, RUN from this company. They are a joke.
