Many scam businesses are using the name, license number and even the address of a legitimate business. In most instances, the scam company's phone numbers will be different than the legitimate business'. We advise you check with your local regulatory agency, or agency where the company is located, to check the company's licensing status and current laws and regulations pertaining to the services the company is offering, and verify the company's contact information, especially the phone and fax numbers, matches the contract or solicitation documents. You should also check with your timeshare property to see if they have received any complaints or information on scams provided by other timeshare owners.
