Unprofessional

I was sent two letters and called the number to remove my name from their listing. I gave a reference number and they came back with is my name Brian? I am a female. When I voiced my dissatisfaction with their business, I was hung up on. I called back and got a woman who knew my name and said it had been removed. I asked to speak with a manager and was sent to a voice mail service. I called back again and got another woman who I told I wanted to actually speak to a manager and not leave a message. I got a manager named Adam who was by far the most unprofessional and almost creepy manager I have ever dealt with. Knowing my location he referred to my home town and told me that I shouldn't worry so much and should go grab a tube and float the river near me. He laughed while I was trying to give my complaint about the man who hung up on me and made me very uncomfortable. My reason for this review is to mostly women who might be in a tight spot financially and easily intimidated by this business and their methods of collecting potential clients. I hope if anything, whoever is actually the owner of this business to see the way it's being handled and to resolve this issue by actually running the business in a professional manner.
