Golf Buddy not standing behind warranty

I purchased a Golf Buddy 2 with Wrist band in Dec. 2018. Feb. (2 months after purchase}2019 the clasp broke on the band. I have had no less than 8 e-mails seeking warranty replacement. Responses from Golf Buddy have been from none to correcting my first contact date to them, to their apology for the long delay dealing with the problem, to their e-mail in April telling me they have located a clasp and wanting to know my mailing address so they could mail it to me. I provided this information the same day I received the request from them. As I write this review the date is May 16th and guess what, after sending 3 more e-mails since asking my address I have not received the band clasp or any additional contact, or response to my e-mails about replacing the clasp. Cannot understand why Golf Buddy would want their reputation damaged over ignoring their responsibility to satisfy customer warranty issues.
