Total Scam

Bought software and tried to download twice but wasn't able to run program. Deleted and tried downloading again and got message that I had reached my download limit. When I tried to explain my situation I wasn't offered any help at all and basically told I was out of luck. Disputed the charge with my CC and then received threatening letter from them saying they would suit me and seek federal charges against me. From what I can tell, I'm not alone and other have had identical experiences.
