Constantly losing checks or imposing unauthorized fees, use a really terrible pool company to service our pool, never go on site so they never have a clue as to whats in need of repairs, reps always "in meetings", owner who is supposed to be top secret and listed as manager will not return calls, and that's if you find a way to get through to his extension, reps who answer phones try to block you from getting though to accounting or your rep, thy hire companies who tear out shrubs without owner ok,the worse ever....no idea why the Association keeps them..
