Diamond Resorts lied to us about what we were buying (actually said it WAS NOT a timeshare) and now they will not communicate with us. However, they would like to continue to steal my money. Please help! Resolution Sought Cancel our contract.

They lied to us. They stole our money. Now, when we need them and want to cancel, they are ignoring us. Lying corporations, who steal from their clients, and ignore them should not have the privilege of doing good business with good Americans. They should be unauthorized to do business. Resolution Sought Complete refund. Full termination/cancellation.
