I want Directv to make there customer service reps responsible for there actions there is no accountability being taken for anything.

Directv customer service tell the customers one thing and then don't put it on the notes so the other reps can see it.

Poor service and no integrity

DirecTV is the worst. Lots of software issues that never get fixed, and terrible customer service. Additionally, every month, I have to call in about my bill and it takes literally hours to resolve and in fact it rarely does get resolved. I finally got results by filing a complaint with Phil Weiser's office, the Colorado Attorney General. DirecTV , after hearing from the attorney general, called me and rolled over completely without a fight as they were clearly in the wrong. It's ridiculous that I had to go through these lengths but I recommend that everyone do it so that DirecTV and AT&T stop ripping people off as a standard practice. All you have to do is go to the Colorado attorney general's website and file a complaint online. It's really easy!
