Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Consumers are encouraged to take into consideration the company's CRI, their overall BCA letter rating and other relevant information about the company so they can make a well-informed purchasing decision.

BCA's Summary and Analysis:

Complainants report a pattern of complaints alleging receipt of unordered merchandise unauthorized credit or debit card charges and inability to cancel services. Some customers complain they receive merchandise unsolicited which they must pay postage on to return. In other cases complainants allege their accounts are debited but they receive no DVD's or the company refuses to acknowledge cancellation and refund requests.~~The company responds to most complaints by agreeing to accept returned merchandise closing accounts and issuing credits or refunds.

I received several emails about my new account if it was not me to contact. I did. Company has opened up false accounts in my name with my email. I tried to cancel and they want me to go online to cancel using my password but I never opened it. I asked them to cancel and they have not. Resolution Sought Cancel account. Not use my information.

For a company that makes billions off people who can barely afford life, yet we save and save for trios to visit you're parks ect. , For you to ask for more money from spectrum tv for us to watch you're channels is an outrage! I live alone yet pay over $200 a month for basic cable just to have a multi billion dollar company take their channels away !!! That's called greed , and i know you're greedy, but this is beyond greed and whomever signed this idea should be ashamed and karma will hit you all for this . You're one of many companies milking us poor people dry , for what? More millions? Your company is an embarrassment to me and I'm sure many others. Very petty. Very. Resolution Sought Be more thoughtful of people and not just money. We may not be " charities " but a lot of Americans can barely afford to live anymore as time goes on and how can you be part of it!! You're supposed to be role models , now you're going to have parents tell their kids Disney won't let you watch the show you love anymore unless the parents pay more money for some more Plus crap add on's. Good job Disney. What I'd like you to do? Admit to all those kids its all about money and not them.
