My family and I arrived at Disney land at 7:50 we paid for 2 cars to park $30.00 per space a total of $60.00 to park was shuttled to entrance where we stood in line for 3 hours waiting to get inside once inside there were so many people inside that u almost couldn't move we arrive at 7:50 didn't leave until closing 10:00 pm. We got to get on 2 rides then we spent another $300.00 to go to other side we couldn't get on any ride at the other side . Before we went to other side I used the restroom and came out of restroom and suddenly realized I had forgot my phone in restroom went back to get it it was gone so I borrowed a friend's phone to call it. I ask a security officer that was standing at the location where it was lost while talking to security, I called my phone and heard it ringing while in his pocket while he is telling me to go to all these customer service and other security sites to try a find my phone After 3 hrs of running around aimlessly. Security is denying that it was my phone ringing in his pocket he had me running around for 3 hrs even after I told him my phone was in his pocket because we could all hear it send out the lost message alert on track my phone app after getting that resolved we proceeded get food in the California adventure park the food was under cooked cold and very distasteful we ordered corn dogs at $10.00 each bought 4 one was raw they immediately refunded for one corndog refused to refund the $40.00 for all 4 they still half frozen and Resolution Sought I am requesting a full refund in the amount of $ 1000.00 one thousand dollars.

Consumer states; I did receive a call from Disneyland and they stated if I had a complaint the only way would have been to say something that day. I am not satisfied with that. I do still believe I should be compensated. By the end of that day we were so stressed and tired that would have almost been impossible.

Purchased 2 tickets for California residents and did not use any of the tickets due to pandemic. Purchase was made on January 11, 2020. Resolution Sought Tickets returned or refund.
