horrible customer service

be very careful. was told I could file in my county and paid for a service. a week later no response on paperwork and when I called to check they could not file in my county. was told 3-7 days for refund, then 10 days and then it was 15 days. 21 days and still no refund. cant speak to the people that handle the refunds. blaming it on my bank. asked if they wanted a three way conversation with my bank and they refused. promised call backs and emails with no response as of yet. Sad they take advantage of people and vets in need of help. Stay away from this company.
