Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I had canceled my Docu-sign subscription before April 2018, and I recently found out that it continued to charge my credit $300 annually for the past five years. I contacted Docu-sign today, 04-22-2022, and it will only refund the $300 charged on 04-15-2022 and not the four years prior (2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021) $1200 (300 x4) they stole from me. DocuSign 12901257 ( My account number)1-877-720-2040 (Docu-sign Customer service) Resolution Sought I want Docu-Sign to refund $1200 back to my credit card for the unauthorized fraudulent charges in 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 ASAP.

I emailed doc using told then to cancel my subsction and not bill my card. I sent then an email and the went and billed NY card anyway when I told them to cancel the subsection I want a refund Resolution Sought Refund back to.my credit card
